You would be better off flossing and NOT brushing your teeth than NOT flossing and brushing your teeth.

Avoid drinking anything containing high-fructose corn syrup.
Instead drink lots of water, with lemon.

The worst part is that stuff they make you chug the night before.
It’s like doing a Control-Alt-Delete on your body.
Keep washing your hands.
You’ll be less susceptible to COVID, and colds and flu.
Right now your body is regenerating cells…so grandma was right…you are what you eat!
